Mr. Carroll has appeared numerous times as trial counsel in all of the federal judicial districts in Texas and is thoroughly familiar with the local rules in the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.  In fact he was the co-chairman of the committee which prepared the first draft of the local rules of the Northern District of Texas and he is a regular speaker on the topic.  “The Local Rules ‘and the Local, Local’ Rules” of the Northern District of Texas.

 

Mr. Carroll has also appeared numerous times as trial counsel in various Texas district courts from Amarillo to Brownsville and from Texarkana to El Paso.  He is thoroughly familiar with the local rules of the district courts in Dallas and Tarrant Counties and was a member of the advisory committee which drafted amended rules for the Dallas County District Courts.

 

Fees for such services are usually billed on an hourly basis.
