Mr. Carroll is available to handle trials from commencement to conclusion and provide a full range of trial services. However, he is also available to plan or review trial strategy, arguments and briefs and to participate in moot trial presentations as the judge or as a member of a moot trial panel. With his extensive trial experience he can provide an informal and critical analysis of the trial position and arguments being presented.
Fees for such services are available on a per hour, flat fee or per task basis depending upon the services requested.
