Mr. Carroll is available to handle appeals from commencement to conclusion and provide a full range of appellate services. However, he is also available to plan or review appellate strategy, arguments and briefs and to participate in moot appellate argument as the judge or as a member of a moot appellate panel. With his extensive appellate experience he can provide an informal and critical analysis of the appellate position and arguments being presented.
Fees for such services are available on a per hour, flat fee, or per task basis depending upon the services requested.
