Mr. Carroll is available to handle arbitrations as an attorney for a party from commencement to conclusion and provide a full range of arbitration services. He is also available to plan or review arbitration strategy, arguments and presentations and to participate in a moot arbitration as an arbitrator or member of a panel of arbitrators. With his extensive arbitration experience he can provide informal and critical analysis of the arbitration positions and arguments being presented.
Mr. Carroll, with his extensive experience as an arbitrator, also arbitrates matters both locally and nationally as a sole arbitrator or as a member of an arbitration panel.
He is a member of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) Commercial Arbitration Panel, Complex Case Panel and Appellate Panel and is available to conduct arbitrations under the case administration of the AAA.
Mr. Carroll also conducts private arbitrations which are self-administered. He is available to consult with the parties to formulate the agreement to arbitrate, identify the matters to be arbitrated, determine the law to be applied in the arbitration and determine the rules under which the arbitration will be conducted.
Fees for such services are available on a per hour, daily rate or combination of the two bases depending upon the services requested. When acting as an arbitrator travel costs and expenses and all other costs are billed without mark-up.
