Mr. Carroll has also contributed thousands of hours of his time to improving the administration of justice and the judicial system, including accepting appointments from the judiciary, which reflect the confidence they have in his professionalism and judgment.
As well as devoting time to these endeavors, Mr. Carroll has for more than 30 years as a part of the Criminal Justice Act Panel voluntarily represented those individuals charged with federal criminal offenses who are unable to afford an attorney to represent them.
