Mr. Carroll is available to mediate matters on a local or national basis. Generally mediations require more time than the parties anticipate to exhaust settlement possibilities. Consequently, for other than simple matters Mr. Carroll recommends that the parties schedule a full mediation day which is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a 1 hour break for lunch.
However, if the parties desire, a one-half day mediation can also be arranged from either 9:00 a.m. to Noon or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If a mediation should extend beyond the time allotted, every additional hour or partial hour will be billed on an hourly rate basis.
